I. Machine description

CP-25 type die punching machine is used to punch rubber, plastics, leather and other special materials into test pieces specified in various standards for trial use. In addition, it can also be used as small punch press.

III. Usage

Select corresponding cutter according to different samples and install the cutter in the position of top board on the machine. Put the material on the cutter pad to lower the lead screw and make cutter come into contact with material. Rotate the handwheel to move the discharge head downward, then the discharge head compresses the tool to punch the samples into required sample strips. (Note: Cutter is consumable, so that base plate or thick cardboard may be put under the material to prevent the cutter from being damaged).

IV. Considerations

1. The complete machine shall be properly fixed.

2. The handwheel shall be steadily rotated and continuously loaded.

3. Thick cardboard or base plate shall be put under the material, and it is strictly prohibited to punch test pieces directly on the machine stand for fear of damaging the cutter.
