　　Performance and Application:

　　This instrument is suitable for measuring the non flame retardant performance of single plastic wires, control, cross-linking, elevators, marine, mining cables, etc. Based on the analysis and research of similar products, our center adopts advanced timing devices in China, which have high accuracy in testing time, reliability in testing, and long instrument service life.

　　The structure and performance of this instrument meet the national standard GB/T18380-2008, and can also meet the requirements of IEC60332-1993.

　　Power supply voltage: AC220V ± 10%, 50Hz

　　The nominal power of the combustion nozzle is 1kW, which meets the requirements of relevant inspection methods in GB/T18380-2008.

　　Gas sources used: liquefied petroleum gas, propane

　　Test wires and cables: Ф 1-70mm

　　Gas flow range: 0.1-1L/min

　　Air flow range: 0.1-1m/h

　　Fire supply time: 1s-999s continuously adjustable. If a longer time is needed, the working mode of the time controller can be adjusted as needed and the time can be reset.

　　Internal dimensions of the test box: 1200mm high, 300mm wide, and 450mm deep

　　Three product structures:

　　The equipment consists of an electrical control cabinet, combustion box, smoke exhaust box, combustion light, pulse ignition, time control, power switch, smoke exhaust switch, debugging switch, operation button, and ignition button.

　　The digital time controller of the electrical control cabinet is used to control the combustion test time and automatically shut off the test flame on time. The ignition button is used to start the ignition generator and ignite the flame.
